Dr. Costouros took the time to explain my problem in a way that I could understand and explained my options which allowed me to make an informed decision as to how I would like to proceed. He was also a very pleasant man. I left feeling confident that surgery was the way to proceed. His intern was very knowledgeable and pleasant as well.
